Blue Systems’ women are really killing it every day on the job and off work as well. And today we are proud to present Irina Slavina as our new Managing Director. 👏 Irina has been with Blue Systems for nearly 7 seven years. She started as the General Counsel managing all legal, HR, compliance and data privacy matters. Gradually, she has been assuming more and more business-related responsibilities, which culminated in her recent appointment as the company’s Managing Director.   Now, three out of four of Blue Systems C-suite positions are led by women, including our Head of Growth Christy Hirsch, Ed.D. and our CFO Victoria Vanderlinden. Both Irina and Victoria are also first-generation immigrants who’d learned English as a second language. Christy is our most experienced and most accomplished team member and Blue Systems’ Rainmaker. And our own Yessy Contreras and Anna Ward have just successfully earned their Masters’ Degrees this month, and both speak multiple languages fluently.  We are proud to promote gender equality in our company, and our highly skilled team, led by Irina Slavina, is fully committed to carrying on Blue Systems mission of making urban mobility safer, more efficient and more equitable.  #Bequals #empowerment #genderequality #bluesystems #smartmobility

New customer alert! 📢 We are pleased to announce our collaboration with the city of Tempe as their strategic mobility data partner! 🚀 The city of Tempe selected Blue Systems as its trusted data partner to manage the city’s shared mobility program. As part of this strategic partnership, we will provide the City staff with our Mobility Manager – the pivotal component of our Smart City Platform. The City will be able to monitor and analyze real time and historical mobility data, enact smart, data-driven mobility polices, monitor compliance with these policies and digitally enforce non-compliance – all within the Platform. The goal is to help the City understand mobility patterns and trends and ensure that the program runs in a safe and equitable manner.  With our Mobility Manager as the command center, we’re committed to enhancing the city of Tempe’s mobility options, making them more equitable, affordable, and safe for all residents and visitors. That's why we are proud to share that our Blue Systems leadership team held our first annual Blue California reunion last weekend, where we didn't just reconnect, but reignited our passion for collaboration and mobility data innovation. 🚀 From engaging conversations over coffee to brainstorming sessions under the California sun (though mostly clouds of June gloom) to ping pong games, we planned Blue Systems strategy for 2025 and ahead, and had a really good time. It's in these shared experiences that true inspiration flourishes, and bonds deepen beyond the confines of emails and zoom calls. We are very excited to welcome Anna Ward - smart, talented, ambitious, highly educated and experienced mobility and transportation professional to our team. Anna will serve as the Customer Success Manager to ensure Blue Systems always exceeds expectations and helps our municipal customers achieve their equity, vision zero, efficiency and sustainability goals with the help of our technology solutions. Anna joins us from CoMotion, a mobility global platform, where for the past two years she has helped create strategic relationships, specifically fostering unique relationships between the public and private sector, with leading transit companies and government organizations to effectively address urban mobility challenges. Blue Systems is now an approved Sourcewell vendor for Curb and Mobility Data Management Solutions! 😎 🤩 😎 Procurement processes can be lengthy, costly and time-consuming for public agencies. And that’s where Sourcewell comes in. Sourcewell is a leading North American cooperative purchasing agency that services over 50K government, education, and non-profit organizations in the US and Canada. Late last year, Sourcewell ran a competitive RFP process for Curb and Mobility Management solutions. By introducing diverse mobility options tailored to the unique needs of its Equity-Focused Mobility Development Districts (MDDs) and Zones, LADOT is not just envisioning but actualizing a future where mobility equity is not a lofty goal, but a tangible reality.
