AWARENESS & INVOLVEMENT I strongly believe this is the key to void the resistance. Raising the awareness of the expected change and its benefits. Highlight the value creation through a successful execution of the change required. Get the team involved in the discussions. Make them feel heard and actually hear them. Understand their perspective with facts and adopt accordingly as much as possible to reach the change goal. I would say confidently Listening to different perspective of others who matters to conduct the change will blow your mind in terms of delivering the value to every stakeholder involved successfully by voiding resistance. it would rather create a collaborative atmosphere so the success rate shall increase immensely!!
