Tab bar not very customizable

I really hope this changes but the first several options in the redesigned tab bar in most iPad apps are not movable or removable. The TV app for instance has this giant bit of tab bar real estate taken up with “MLS Season Pass” and I can’t seem to remove it for a section I’d actually use. I have to hit the > arrow to even see the store.

I don't even see the tab bar in the TV app. It's side bar, or hide the side bar. No tab bar visible

only shows up in portrait.

I agree with the original post - I really hope we can remove the massive MLS Season pass, which is effectively an advert ...

Hope its just a beta thing. I noticed it blocks rotation in apps that have the tab bar, you have to exit them, rotate then go back in. Bugs are fun.
