Why isn't anyone comparing the iPhone 15 Pro's 48MP ProRAW to the iPhone 14 Pro's 48MP ProRAW? Has it been forgotten that the iPhone 14 Pro main camera delivered detailed, high-resolution images in 48 MP ProRAW? Suspiciously, only 24 MP is ever compared to the 12 MP of the 14 Pro. Does anyone know of a 48 MP ProRAW comparison?

I did and it is pretty much the same. Just the sheer power of new cpu allows to take faster raw pictures but that is about it.

24mp compressed jpegs on the other hand preserve 50-100% more details than 12mp and why talked a lot. I would say hassle free 24mp snaps are on par with raw most of the time and lose out maybe 10-30% only in details.

I agree completely. Having a RAW image from the same tiny sensor is definitely not worth the squeeze when you can get such great JPEGs straight out of the camera.
