Having a problem with screen time

I have been looking at my screen time usage lately and it shows two websites that I have never gone too. I've searched these two websites on urlscan.io, one website didn't show up (it did but it just gave the website hosters information) while the other website turned out to be malicious. I've deleted the cache and search history on safari and turned the screen time on and off and yet those two websites are still there. I've installed an antivirus and it showed no malware was on my mac but I'm still worried since, like I said before, those two websites still show up.
