Revathi Advaithi has led Flex, the third-largest electronics manufacturer in the world, since 2019. With manufacturing operations in over 30 countries and over 170,000 employees, Flex produces everything from hair dryers to the Apple Mac Pro. It emerged from the COVID-19 pandemic and the global supply-chain crisis with revenue of $30.3 billion in its fiscal 2023, up 16.5% from the prior fiscal year. Advaithi is also committed to Flex’s sustainability goals: In 2022, Flex reported a 27% decrease in absolute-scope 1 and 2 greenhouse gas emissions from 2019 levels. In July, Advaithi hosted President Joe Biden at a Flex factory in South Carolina, highlighting its work to accelerate the clean energy transition. Under Advaithi’s leadership, Flex has provided all of its employees with access to mental health programs and launched leadership programs designed to develop women leaders. Advaithi also serves on the board of Uber Technologies.
