Disney’s recent restructuring has resulted in more responsibilities for Walden, who now oversees the Mouse House’s portfolio of entertainment and news content globally, including its streaming business. Last year, the division reported $55 billion in revenue. Walden’s influence has grown in other ways too: The longtime entertainment executive was named by U.S. President Joe Biden to the President’s Export Council, the government’s national advisory committee on international trade.
