CrowdStrike, a cybersecurity company that uses cloud platforms to protect areas of enterprise risk, aims to add more diverse perspectives to its labor force and give employees chances to advance their skills and move into leadership positions.

One of its flagship programs, Falcon Ignite, is a learning program tailored to teach employees skills in effective communication, building trust, and action-oriented approaches to work—all of which can help them advance into leadership roles.

The company also supports diversity efforts through 10-plus partnerships with organizations like Out in Tech and AfroTech, which have resulted in a more diverse talent pool for the company as well as improved employee engagement and mentorship opportunities. In March, CrowdStrike announced that it will join forces with Dell to unleash an AI-powered cybersecurity system that protects against social engineering attacks.

The cybersecurity company puts a lot of emphasis on supporting its workforce, including a dedicated Employee Experience team that makes sure workers have everything they need to thrive.

Newcomers are made to feel connected with the company and its mission right away through the Crowdstrike Accelerate orientation program, which introduces new hires to the tools they need to navigate their first weeks on the job.
