Comcast, a telecommunication conglomerate, is among the world’s largest broadcasting and cable TV companies by revenue. As of 2024, Comcast Cable is the biggest provider of cable internet access in the U.S., under the Xfinity brand. Comcast’s NBCUniversal division includes TV network NBC, film studio Universal Pictures, and cable channels CNBC, MSNBC, and USA Network. In 2023, Comcast sold its one-third stake in the streaming service Hulu to Disney. In the same year, it launched Now TV, which now competes against Hulu + Live TV.
