Claire Furbush

Claire Furbush is the senior strategic accounts manager at Foreign Policy, where she leads the strategic accounts team’s business development efforts. Prior to joining FP, she spent five years at the British Embassy in roles including trade policy analyst, economic and trade policy officer, and economic and political officer. Before that, she was a campaign fundraiser for multiple Democratic senators. She has held a number of roles at the U.S. Embassies in London and Panama, including working to support the U.S. presidential delegation to the London 2012 Olympics and Paralympics. She also lobbied Congress for the passage of the Peru, Colombia, Panama, and Korea Free Trade Agreements on behalf of Citibank. She is a graduate of the University of Virginia and is fluent in French and Spanish.
