Metsä Board Sales and Supply Chain is looking for a


TECHNICAL SERVICE COORDINATOR

to be part of Technical Service team at Metsä Board Customer Feedback Centre in Äänekoski for a fixed-term until end of February 2025. Preferred start would be during August.


What will you get to do?

In this role you will handle product quality feedbacks from our customers in EMEA market area. You will work in close co-operation within your own team, technical customer service of the mills, Technical Service colleagues in EMEA market area and the Logistics. You will report to Technical Service Director.


What are we expecting of you?

We expect you to have some knowledge or experience related to paperboard quality, as well as good customer service skills. Knowledge of paperboard converting methods and logistics is an advantage.

We expect you to be a good team player who is willing to strive for cost-effective and sensible solutions in customer feedback handling. Good verbal and written communication skills in English is required, other languages are seen as an asset. You have good MS Office skills and experience on SAP or similar ERP system and reporting tools.
