Since then, we have closely collaborated with the 8 counties in Finland to support health and social care professionals in their daily work to provide equal services for the residents in the counties. Thanks to the powerful union: the wellbeing services counties of South Karelia, South Ostrobothnia, Kanta-Häme, Central Ostrobothnia, Central Finland, Kymenlaakso, Päijät-Häme and Satakunta in Finland. One of our first GPT powered implementation in Drupal is now live for internal use 😍 ! In essence, it allows users to ask questions where GPT answers solely based on content on the aalto.fi website. A massive thank you to our Aalto University IT team and our partners at Siili Solutions and Cloudriven Oy, it's been a blast to work on this. This is a great use case as it helps increase accessibility in terms of faster access to content and not needing to search and go through search results to find the answer to your question ⌛ which matches up with our framework on responsible use of AI. It's not perfect, and we have a ton of improvements still to make - the main challenge is weighting content and improving content. As GPT has access to all content, we sometimes see cases where an old piece of news "pollutes" answers due to that information no longer being relevant. We have a lot of work ahead of us 🏋‍♂️ . Can't wait to build a version that helps students with the application process! Here is a demo of it in practice, helping to answer the question "How can I get a new computer?". Now that the first CESOP filing deadline on April 30th has passed, we have had the opportunity to work closely with numerous Payment Service Providers to navigate the new requirements. Through this experience, we have identified several key issues that arose during the process. Here are the main challenges faced and how the ARKK Automation Platform provided effective solutions to address and overcome these hurdles, ensuring smooth and compliant CESOP filings: 1. Data Accuracy and Validation: Ensuring all data was accurate and compliant with CESOP regulations proved to be a significant hurdle. The ARKK Automation Platform's robust data validation features ensured all entries met regulatory standards, reducing the risk of errors and omissions. 2. Complex Reporting Requirements: The intricate reporting requirements posed a challenge for many PSPs. ARKK's intuitive interface and comprehensive reporting tools simplified the process, enabling PSPs to generate accurate and compliant reports effortlessly. 3. Integration with Existing Systems: Many PSPs struggled with integrating new CESOP requirements into their existing systems. The ARKK Automation Platform's flexible integration capabilities allowed seamless incorporation with various existing systems, minimizing disruptions and ensuring a smooth transition. 4. Real-Time Updates and Support: Keeping up with real-time changes and receiving timely support were critical needs for PSPs during the filing process. Our platform provided real-time updates and our dedicated support team was on hand to address any issues promptly, ensuring continuous compliance and peace of mind. By leveraging the ARKK Automation Platform, PSPs were able to navigate the CESOP filing process with confidence and ease. According to this fresh AI report, the use of AI is largely viewed positively, especially in Finland, but almost half of organisations do not yet use AI at all and only 15% have an AI strategy. 🤖 Finland is a leader in AI in the Nordics, with 61% of Finnish organisations using AI, compared to 52% in Norway, 48% in Denmark and 45% in Sweden. Currently, AI is used in organizations especially to boost productivity and optimize operations: 43% of organizations use AI to automate processes and 42% to improve the quality of products or services. Almost half (49%) of Nordic organisations, especially small companies, do not yet use AI at all. According to the study, the biggest obstacle to adoption is uncertainty or lack of information about the potential applications of artificial intelligence.

Have you tried to spend a day without interacting with a GenAI topic, with success? Most likely not, it is the talk of the town as we all know. If you do have those ambitions here is my contribution to make it impossible.   We have just launched our newest GenAI initiative, our new chatbot enhanced with ChatGPT capabilities. Launching something that is based on trending technology, it’s nothing new in itself, I would also guess that's kind of what you would expect. However, we’ve always been curios and obsessed about how technology can improve customer and employee experience.   So, in our trademark manner we have been thinking and have come up with a clever solution that reduces the time to "train" and deploy the bot. At the same time, we’ve introduced easy to use features that secures the quality in the interactions and of course supportive functions to improve the quality even further. Not to forget that we have optimized the cost side of the exercise, bringing down the cost with a 5:1 ratio. All of this was picked up by Telekomidag, check out the article below:
