    Case study 🔍 In April 2021, HappyOrNot partnered with Rocket® Stores (United Pacific), the largest privately held gas station and convenience store chain on the West Coast (US), to capture real-time customer feedback and elevate their service. Starting with 10 pilot stores, the goal was to refine and enhance the overall customer experience. The impact was clear, and by April 2022, Rocket expanded our feedback system to an additional 40 locations, reaching their entire fleet of 462 locations by March 2024! Since the initial rollout, Rocket has collected over 1 million customer feedback responses, allowing them to swiftly identify and address areas needing improvement. Key achievements: 🔹Significant Growth in Customer Satisfaction: Rocket achieved a 4-point increase in their Happy Index, reflecting a notable boost in customer satisfaction. 🔹 Enhanced Service Operations: With real-time insights, Rocket improved key operations such as Customer Service, Speed of Service, and Cleanliness. 🔹Increased Customer Loyalty: The strategic use of feedback data led to stronger customer loyalty and retention. 🔹Data-Driven Decision Making: Rocket empowered their teams to make informed decisions, continuously improving the customer experience. The focus of Rocket® on customer-centricity has not only enhanced day-to-day operations but also solidified their reputation as a leader in customer satisfaction on the West Coast.
