Mount Vernon Police District – Detectives from our Crash Reconstruction Unit (CRU) have charged the driver from the May 24th fatal pedestrian crash in Huntington with Manslaughter. CRU Detectives determined that Michael Rambudhan, 38, of Woodbridge was driving under the influence during the crash. On July 26, Rambudhan was arrested and charged with DUI Manslaughter.
