Chelsea Community Connections

FNC is the fiscal partner for Chelsea Community Connections, which is a neighborhood-based, resident-driven coalition. 

Built upon the existing strengths of families and the community, CCC facilitates partnerships with supportive resources and services for the purposes of strengthening families, eliminating child abuse and neglect, and building a healthier community.

CCC provides connections to resources and activities for families and has an on-site Children’s Clothing Closet.

CCC is an initiative of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts Executive Office of Health and Human Services Department of Children and Families.
