Participants in Whitetail Deer Hunting: Hunt with Others will learn how to hunt safely with peers and children and how to have conversations about the issues that arise when hunting.
About the Series
This conversational virtual series seeks to share knowledge from hunters with years of experience, biologists, and other experts to help new adult hunters feel comfortable in the woods and be more successful in their hunts. Hunting deer is essential to maintain and protect healthy forests and wildlife, as we connect with nature and each other. Hunting can be a difficult skill and activity for new adult hunters to pick up. Much of the knowledge of being a successful hunter is shared early in life by parents and mentors or hunter-to-hunter, where experienced hunters give advice and talk through the details of hunts. We hope to help new adult hunters who often do not have the ability or access to learning in this style!
