Totally extra Paul Rudd and Jimmy Fallon recreate 'You Spin Me Round (Like a Record)'

This new musical collaboration between Paul Rudd and Jimmy Fallon will spin you right round, right round round round.

The pair, whove previously recreated the music videos for Go West’s “King of Wishful Thinking” and Styx’s “Too Much Time on My Hands,” went that extra mile — and we mean they were absolutely extra — in remaking the 1985 video for Dead or Alive’s “You Spin Me Round (Like a Record).”

Yes, every shot, including the eyepatch and long hair, came to life in this Tonight Show musical bit for Thursday night’s show. Also, if you haven’t seen the original video, it’s very accurate.

“You were here all day yesterday doing that and it was disturbing,” Fallon said of their video.

“He’s hard to sing, Pete Burns… He’s got such a strange vibrato,” Rudd remarked.

It was earlier in the week that Rudd and his fellow Avengers: Endgame cast mates participated in a comic-book version of Billy Joel’s “We Didn’t Start the Fire,” but we guess Rudd just couldn’t wait to get back for more.
