Mira Sorvino will enjoy some quality Family time later this month.

The Oscar-winning actress will guest star on the Jan. 17 episode of Modern Family, EW has learned.

Sorvino will play Nicole Rosemary Page, who is the New Age-y founder of lifestyle brand named Nerp, which just be might be a riff on Gwyneth Paltrow’s lifestyle brand Goop. Nicole crosses paths with Haley (Sarah Hyland), who has designs on working at Nerp as a style editor.

Sorvino’s recent TV credits include Lady Dynamite, A Christmas to Remember, and Falling Skies. She is set to star in the upcoming Audience Network series Condor, a drama inspired by Three Days of the Condor. Sorvino, who scored an Academy Award for her role in Mighty Aphrodite, made headlines recently as she was one of the first actresses to go public in accusing Harvey Weinstein of sexual harassment. Peter Jackson recently asserted that Weinstein tried to blackball both Sorvino and another Weinstein accuser, Ashley Judd, from starring in the Lord of the Rings movies. (Weinstein, through his representatives, has denied those allegations. “Mr. Weinstein has nothing but the utmost respect for Peter Jackson. However, as Mr. Jackson will probably remember, because Disney would not finance the Lord of the Rings, Miramax lost the project and all casting was done by New Line. While Bob and Harvey Weinstein were executive producers of the film they had no input into the casting whatsoever,” a rep said in a statement obtained by EW last year.)

Modern Family‘s season 9 guest roster also includes Chris Martin, Billy Crystal, James Van Der Beek, and Vanessa Williams.

Modern Family airs Wednesdays at 9 p.m. ET/PT on ABC.
