Zack asserts authority over Brennan in exclusive Bones clip

The season 11 finale of Bones left off with Brennan (Emily Deschanel) awaking to former Jeffersonian intern Zack (Eric Millegan) telling her, “Dr. Brennan, it is good to see you again. You and I, we have so much to talk about.”

An exclusive clip from the season 12 premiere, debuting above, seems to pick up right where the cliffhanger left off. In the video, Brennan tries to understand what’s going on, starts to realize she has been captured and pleads to be let go. She says Booth will be looking for Zack if he doesn’t free her, and offers to help the former intern out — not that Zack is willing to listen.

“Dr. Brennan, I know you’re used to me being your assistant, always telling me what to do,” he says. “Today, the shoe is on the other foot.” So, he’s in control, but to what end? Is he a killer, or what is he up to? Let those theories fly in the comments below…
