Here's what's coming and going on HBO Now in January

The Young Pope must have blessed HBO Now, because the streaming service is getting a ton of great movies and TV shows in January.

The series premiere of the aforementioned papal drama starring Jude Law isn’t all you have to look forward to. Beat the winter TV hiatus blues with new seasons of Real Time with Bill Maher and Sesame Street. A pair of classic comedies is coming in your way, too: The Big Lebowski and The Blues Brothers. If you’re looking for some Melissa McCarthy, The Boss is coming in Jan. 21, but Spy is leaving Jan. 31. Looking for an epic romance and want 2016 to be the year you go through your Appalachian folk music phase? Law and Nicole Kidman’s period drama Cold Mountain is coming into view. And get ready for a whole bunch of M. Night Shyamalan with The Sixth Sense, The Village, and The Happening. popping into the service.
