We're nearly there, movie fans — awards season is drawing to a close. In less than two weeks, the annual parade of galas and ceremonies honoring the films of the last year will end, as it always does, with one big, final, star-studded celebration: The Oscars.

Jimmy Kimmel will host the 89th Academy Awards on Sunday, Feb. 26, where awards season darling La La Land leads the pack in nominations, with a record-tying 14 (matched by 1950's All About Eve and 1997's Titanic). Following Damien Chazelle's romantic modern musical are Barry Jenkins' Moonlight and Denis Villeneuve's Arrival, both of which scored eight nods; Kenneth Lonergan's Manchester by the Sea, Mel Gibson's Hacksaw Ridge, and Garth Davis' Lion all rank in third with six nominations each.

So which of these films will achieve Oscar glory at the 2017 awards?
