Coach Taylor is getting in the game.

Friday Night Lights star Kyle Chandler is boarding the cast of Game Night, EW has confirmed. The Emmy winner will play Brooks, the successful brother to James Bateman's character (what a gene pool in that family).

The comedy from Vacation filmmakers John Francis Daley and Jonathan Goldstein, who also wrote the upcoming Spider-Man: Homecoming, follows a group of couples who gather for their annual game night, only for things to take a murderous twist.

The best part of Chandler's casting is that he will star alongside Jesse Plemons, giving FNL fans a Coach Taylor and Landry reunion. Rounding out the rest of the cast is Rachel McAdams, Lamorne Morris (New Girl), Kylie Bunbury (Pitch), and Billy Magnussen (The Big Short).

Since wrapping up his memorable run on FNL, Chandler has stayed busy in TV and film, having recently appeared in the Oscar-nominated Manchester By the Sea. Later this year, the actor will return for the third and final season of Netflix's Bloodline.

Deadline first reported the news.
