Bones Comic-Con highlight reel

Bones is pulling all of the skeletons out of its closet.

To kick off its final San Diego Comic-Con on Friday, the long-running Fox procedural is looking back — all the way to the pilot. The Comic-Con highlight reel, which EW can exclusively debut above, takes Bones fans through 11 seasons of dead bodies, dance parties, and, of course, banter between Brennan (Emily Deschanel) and Booth (David Boreanaz), starting with a key exchange from the series’ first episode.

But solving murders comes at a cost. The reel ends with the final, twisty seconds of the season 11 finale, which left one character in danger and brought another back in a big way. Spoiler-averse fans, proceed with caution.
