Dawson's Creek: James Van Der Beek, Michelle Williams reunite

Good news for Dawson’s Creek fans: James Van Der Beek and Michelle Williams were spotted together over the weekend.

The stars — who played Dawson Leery and Jen Lindley on The WB hit — reunited at the Manchester by the Sea Holiday Party, which was thrown by Jeff Bezos and Matt Damon in Los Angeles on Saturday.

The image marks the first time the stars have been photographed together since the show ended after six seasons in 2003, making the snap that much more meaningful for fans who remember the former on-screen couple’s romance.

Though Williams’ character was (spoiler alert!) eventually killed off in the series finale, Williams spoke to TODAY earlier this year about the likelihood of a reboot.

“I would have to come back as a ghost, or put a lot of filters on the camera, and I’ll do flashback scenes,” she told Savannah Guthrie. “I think it’s a fun thing to sort of imagine. I like imagining it. But I haven’t really heard anybody say anything like actually serious about that happening.”
