Niall Horan chooses between Ellie Goulding and Selena Gomez

Spill Your Guts or Fill Your Guts, the grossest game in James Corden’s repertoire, made a triumphant return on Wednesday night’s The Late Late Show. This edition was super-sized, featuring three different guests divided into two teams: Niall Horan and Isla Fisher versus Ewan McGregor and Corden.

In typical fashion, the game involved disgusting food (ranging from bird saliva to bull penis) and difficult questions. The very first question involved Corden asking Horan for his least favorite member of One Direction, forcing him and Fisher to down some salmon smoothie. Corden didn’t fare much better when Fisher asked him to name an artist he’d turned down for Carpool Karaoke; the host turned to McGregor, said “Cheers, mate,” and ate some scorpion.

After those tastes of gross food, the players got more eager to answer the questions. Fisher admitted that her husband Sacha Baron Cohen has never impersonated one of his iconic characters during sex, Horan confessed he would rather spend his last night on earth with Ellie Goulding than Selena Gomez, and McGregor confirmed that he had pooped his pants one time.
