The Fosters: Hayden Byerly, Peter Paige talk Jude and Noah

Jude has been playing with trouble on The Fosters lately, and that’s not about to stop anytime soon.

“I am so excited for Jude to do a lot of stupid stuff,” Hayden Byerly tells EW, alluding to his character’s recent experimentation with edible pot, thanks to his new love interest, the preacher’s son Noah. “I mean, he’s already started — we’ve already seen that. But I love the relationship that he’s having with Noah.”

“I love that Noah is this great kid who’s making some trouble in Jude’s life,” executive producer Peter Paige adds. “I find myself kind of conflicted about their relationship. Do I want them to be together? I think I do, but they’re kind of getting up to some trouble. I think the fans are going to have a complicated response to them.”
