Blindspot (NBC, 10 p.m.)

I would tell you what this drama’s about, but I just woke up in the middle of Times Square in a duffel bag covered in tattoos and can’t remember a thing. Strange!

Mavis! (HBO, 9 p.m.)

The doc, featuring interviews with Bob Dylan, Prince, and Bonnie Raitt, covers soul music legend Mavis Staples’ career and civil rights work.
