Super Bowl 50: Doritos commercial takes a dark turn

Trigger warning for expectant mothers.

The Super Bowl took a dark turn on Sunday when a Doritos commercial turned pregnancy into an Alien-style nightmare. In the 30-second spot — the first of two set to air during the course of the evening — one man, eating Doritos during his wife’s ultrasound, discovers the fetus moves in the direction of his chip. When his wife gets frustrated by his lack of attention, she throws it across the hospital room, to grisly results. Check it out above.
