The impressive cast — Sarah Paulson, John Travolta, Cuba Gooding, Jr., and more — slip easily into their real-life counterparts’ shoes (and gloves) in this dramatization of the infamous trial.

Rattled (TLC, 10 p.m.)

The newborn series about caring for newborns from exec producer Drew Barrymore follows four couples bringing up babies.

Fresh Off the Boat (ABC, 8 p.m.)

Happy Chinese New Year’s! The Huangs celebrate in style when the series returns.

The Muppets (ABC, 8:30 p.m.)

ABC continues its comedy comeback lineup with America’s favorite fictional late-night show.

Super Bowl’s Greatest Commercials 2016 (CBS, 8 p.m.)

This strange, darkly comedic series exec-produced by the Duplass brothers follows the lives of NYC’s critters and creatures, beginning with some hard-partying rats.

SEASON PREMIERE

Vice (HBO, 11 p.m.)

The docu-series returns by tackling the extremist organization Boko Haram.

MIDSEASON PREMIERE

Sleepy Hollow (Fox, 8 p.m.)

Sorry, folks, no Bones crossover this time.

47th NAACP Image Awards (TV One, 8 p.m.)

Anthony Anderson hosts the celebration of the year’s best African-American actors and series.
