Gordon Ramsay is “f–king perfect” to play Santa. He’s “the jolliest f–king Santa that you will ever get to f–king meet.” Too bad he’s the only one who thinks so.

In a new video promoting ITV‘s annual “Text Santa” charity event, Lord Grantham (Hugh Bonneville), Lady Edith (Laura Carmichael), and Isobel Crawley (Penelope Wilton) of Downton Abbey are on the search for a new Santa. Ramsay didn’t make the cut, but they also auditioned Jim Broadbent, Michelle Keegan, Warwick Davis, and their butler, Mr. Carson (Jim Carter).

“Who’s booking these guests?” Grantham asks. “Last year we had George Clooney.” Last year they did have Clooney, who featured as Lord Hollywood in a different charity video featuring Maggie Smith and Lily James.

With hints of Britain’s Got Talent, who won the coveted gig this time around? Watch and find out.

Downton Abbey returns on Jan. 3 at 9 p.m. ET on PBS.
