If there’s anything that could make Scandal even more dramatic, it would be an injection of teenage hormones.

That’s what Jimmy Kimmel did Thursday for a parody aptly titled Scandal High, in which many of the stars from the ABC drama are accounted for — including Joshua Malina in a Justin Bieber-esque wig and Kerry Washington serving as narrator, declaring that election season at Scandal High just might turn Hunter (Tony Goldwyn) and Tanner (Malina) from “besties forever into besties for never.”
