FALL TV VIEWING GUIDES: Monday | Tuesday | Wednesday | Thursday | Friday | Saturday

7:30 p.m. ET

Watch Live: Bob’s Burgers (Fox, Sept. 27)

Why? With an ever-growing fanbase, this beloved comedy deserves your attention. We hear all the cool kids are watching it as closely as Tina Belcher is watching butts.

8 p.m. ET

Watch Live: Flesh and Bone (Starz, Nov. 8)

Why? Leave it to former Breaking Bad executive producer Moira Walley-Beckett to produce a riveting, dark drama about ballet. Trust us, you don’t want to miss it.

DVR: The Simpsons (Fox, Sept. 27)

Why? Somehow, after a million years on the air, this show is still one of the most talked-about on television. Make sure you get this one recorded, so that you know what everyone’s talking about the next day — including the appearance of a pharmacist named Candace (Lena Dunham) who drives a wedge between Homer and Marge.

8:30 p.m. ET

DVR: Brooklyn Nine-Nine (Fox, Sept. 27)

Why? After watching Flesh and Bone, you’re going to need some comedy in your life, and nothing follows up The Simpsons better than Brooklyn Nine-Nine. (Plus, we’ll find out what happened with Jake and Amy after they finally succumbed to their awkward sexual tension and kissed in the season 2 finale!)

9 p.m. ET

Watch Live: The Walking Dead (AMC, Oct. 11)

Why? Because it’s The Walking Dead, and there’s going to be a million twists/deaths every season. So yeah, watch it live. (Before someone spoils it for you!)

DVR: Homeland (Showtime, Oct. 4)/The Good Wife (CBS, Oct. 4)

Why? It’s a war of the leading ladies: Would you rather catch up with Carrie or Alicia first? Regardless of which one you choose, we suggest watching both, because the dramatic lives of these women are too good to miss. If you don’t have a fancy DVR, there’s always OnDemand, right?

10 p.m. ET

Watch Live: Quantico (ABC, Sept. 27)

Why? If there’s one show that is the new How to Get Away With Murder, it’s Quantico. Translation: Everyone is going to have their own theories about who’s the terrorist, which will make this show a social media darling. So unless you want to get spoiled, we suggest you watch live. DVR: The Affair (Showtime, Oct. 4)

Why? Now with four perspectives, this show is only getting more complicated. So why not get it on your DVR so you can watch it as many times as you want/need?
