Gotham season 2 sneak peek: Jerome and Barbara cross paths in Arkham

Gotham is about to meet its match as the villains are on the rise in season 2.

Remember how Erin Richards told EW that Barbara would meet “this band of emerging villains who shape who she’s going to be in this series”? In a new sneak peek from the season premiere, we find out exactly who those villains are as Jerome (Cameron Monaghan) — who may or may not be the Joker — offers up the newest inmate of Arkham some sound advice.
