Dan Harmon, Jim Norton, and Sara Schaefer are all heading to IFC: The network announced Wednesday that they’ve ordered three pilot presentations from each of the comedians.

“These pilots represent an exciting, aggressive move for us into the alternative comedy format space as we continue to expand our programming reach,” IFC president Jennifer Caserta said in a statement. “All of the talent fits our band so we can’t wait for them to bring their individual, distinctive voices to IFC.

Harmon, most known for creating Community and Rick and Morty, is set to host a panel made up of comedians posing as “great minds”; for example, The Daily Show‘s Rory Albanese will play Benjamin Franklin in one episode. The show, created by The Daily Show‘s Richard Korson, is titled Great Minds.

Norton’s still-untitled late-night show will feature the comedian, who’s appeared on shows including Inside Amy Schumer and Louie, chatting with actors, comedians, musicians, and other celebrities.

Schaefer’s show, 1320 Seconds, will follow a news-magazine format and feature primarily female correspondents (plus, as the press release says, “one man to make everyone feel okay about this dangerous concept”).

The three pilots begin shooting this fall.
