Mr. Feeny back for 'Girl Meets World' pilot

Looks like William Daniels wasn’t just visiting the set of Girl Meets World last week.

The Boy Meets World vet, who played Cory (Ben Savage) and Shawn’s (Rider Strong) long-time teacher and mentor, Mr. Feeny, is reprising his role in Disney’s Girl Meets World pilot, EW has confirmed. The news was first reported by TV Line.

Exec producer Michael Jacobs previously told EW that Cory will be following in Feeny’s footsteps by teaching at the school his daughter, Riley (Rowan Blanchard), attends. No word yet on whether Feeny will be working there as well. Though, can’t you just imagine Cory and Riley being called into Principal Feeny’s office?

Now that Feeny is officially back, do you think Rider and Will, who also “visited” the set last week, will return too? What other characters are you hoping to see again?
