Though Anne Heche, 39, and Coley Laffoon, 34, split in January 2007, they are still hammering out spousal and child support (son Homer is 6). On May 14 in L.A., the actress filed court papers stating that she cannot make the required monthly payments of almost $15,000 now that her ABC series, Men in Trees, has been canceled. ”I am continuing to look for work,” she wrote, ”but I have no offers pending and the impending strike by the Screen Actors Guild reduces my prospects for work even further.” A judge gave her a one-month reprieve, but has not made a final ruling…. On May 15 in L.A., ex — Hollywood private eye Anthony Pellicano, 64, was found guilty of 76 counts including racketeering and wiretapping. Sylvester Stallone, 61, and Garry Shandling, 58, were among the stars named as victims during the trial. Pellicano will be sentenced in September…. On May 19 in NYC, student Maria Markova, 22, sued actress Lindsay Lohan, 21, alleging that Lohan took her $12,000 fur coat from a club in January. She is seeking unspecified punitive damages.

Warren Cowan, 87, of publicity firm Rogers & Cowan, of cancer, May 14, in L.A. Said client James Caan in a statement: ”Warren Cowan was the first…independent publicist I had ever known. He set the standard.”… MAD magazine artist Will Elder, 86, of Parkinson’s disease, May 15, in Rockleigh, N.J.
