A little band from Athens we like to call R.E.M. was inducted into the Georgia Music Hall of Fame on Saturday night, and, like the Southern gentlemen they are, they made sure everyone was welcome at the party, bringing back drummer Bill Berry (who retired from the band almost a decade ago) for a very rare performance together as a foursome.

And don’t forget that And I Feel Fine…, their newest greatest (oldest) hits, is on sale now; my sources say even if you’re like me and think it’s just a retread of Eponymous, it’s worth a purchase for the DVD material, including old videos with Stipe in full afro. Check out some sample content here.
