We knew it was going to be rough sledding when the results came in for Round 18 — heading into President’s Day weekend, Date Movie and the No. 1 slot looked like an undeniably cute couple to most of this week’s 1,193 silver-screen seers. But faster than you can say Brad and Jen, hearts were broken: Only 65 prescient players went out on a limb to correctly predict that Antarctic adventure Eight Below would ice the competition. Which just makes us all the more impressed with the top dog in this week’s game: Ed Nemmers claimed the high score, nailing six of the seven correct answers, missing perfection by a whisker on the weekend gross for Date Movie (which ended up No. 2 at the box office, making it a None of the Above selection in our list). Be sure to come back and play next week, telling us if you expect Madea’s Family Reunion to drag those frosty canines out of the top spot, and if Arctic Monkeys really are cooler than Curious George.
