UNDERCOVER BROTHER

As a soul-power-obsessed crime fighter trying to stick it to the man, Griffin is a gleeful anachronism, one ripe for some satirical (and sartorial) ribbing; alas, most of the gags are as old as his wide collar. Brother may be marketed as an Afro-addled answer to Austin Powers, but it has far more in common with that franchise’s increasingly lackluster sequels.
