As zombie flicks go, Resident Evil is a little short on braaaaiiinnnnnnsss. But in a world where so many ”fun” B movies turn out to be stiffs, who cares?

It’s a tickly pleasure to watch Milla Jovovich run, kick, and generally whip walking-dead heinie in ”Event Horizon” director Paul Anderson’s horror film (adapted from the best-selling videogame) about a gal trying to contain a mutant virus unleashed by a gigantic, soulless, profit-mad company called WorldCo…er, Tyc…er, the Umbrella Corporation.
