Movie Review: 'Seamless

Granted, the rave scene has always been a bit creepy — what with its pacifiers and its Ecstasy-fueled hugging sessions — but the aimless Seamless reveals that the scene is actually a front for the old ”Let’s smuggle drugs made from tree sap by hiding them in clothes shipments to Japan” scheme. Seagal and Elizabeth’s tedious relationship (she’s a chipmunk-cheeked designer, he’s the one with the tree sap and permanently vacant stare) is interspersed with some truly inane dance-and-pose sequences.
