Sales Manager B2B


Our client is a global player in B2B2C business and world experts in their field.


We are looking for a Sales Manager with proven track record in sales leadership and experience developing high-performing teams.


The Sales Manager is responsible for driving business development within half of Spain territory (Central & South), leading the regional sales team, and implementing commercial strategies to ensure sustainable growth.


Key Responsibilities include:


  • Develop and execute the sales strategy reporting to the Sales and Marketing Director.
  • Lead, mentor and coach a team of Regional Sales Managers to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Implement commercial action plans and projects to optimize local business.
  • Monitor team performance and provide regular qualitative and quantitative reports.
  • Identify opportunities for team development, including training and content initiatives.
  • Coordinate with Key Account Managers and other internal departments to ensure alignment and drive business forward.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify competitive threats and opportunities.
  • Share and implement best practices across the team.
  • Contribute to budget preparation and analyzing KPIs to inform data-driven decisions.



Qualification and skills include:


  • University Degree. Master in Sales, Marketing, and Coaching is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience leading a sales team within the B2B sector including people management & team development skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, CRM, Sales Force, Power BI.
  • Advance level in English to be used in a professional level.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to lead and inspire a sales team


Able to travel around Spanish Territory ( Central & South )
