Job Description

  • Lead and manage a high-performing sales team for Iberia market.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives.
  • Foster a positive and motivating team culture to drive sales performance.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Establish strong relationships with key clients of FMCG/retail sector and different stakeholders.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance metrics.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activity in the Iberia services sector.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and sales processes.


The Successful Applicant

A successful Sales Director Iberia (H/M/D) should have:

  • A degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven experience of more than 10 years leading a sales team.
  • Strong knowledge of the business services for FMCG companies, particularly in the Iberia region.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in strategic planning and business development.
  • High level of English, Portuguese is a plus.
