Monitoring market trends and competitors' activities in Madrid.

A Successful Sales Director Should Have
A solid understanding of the Media & Agency industry and its market trends.
Great network in the sector.
Proven experience in developing and implementing effective sales strategies.
Strong leadership skills to manage and motivate the Sales Department.
