SALES MANAGER REGIONAL



Duties and responsibilities


  • Ensure the defence of the territory in terms of Commercial organisation in order to guarantee volumes and market shares.


  • Ensure the achievement of sales targets in line with the budget established for the area in terms of revenues, volumes, product mix.


  • Arrange promotional activities in the territory of responsability, in line with corporate guidelines.


  • Check the data provided by the sales staff and implement local strategies both in terms of sales and distribution model.


  • Identify business opportunities and areas of concern.


  • Provide the market manager with information on the area in support of the definition of the sales policy.


  • Propose, with regard to the establishment of the budget, the absorption capacity of the area in terms of market shares, volumes and turnover.



Technical and personal skills


  • High Level Education background.


  • At least 5 years previous experience in Sales.


  • Proficient in English.


  • Strategic vision.


  • Indpendence.


  • Goal oriented approach.


  • Resistance to stress.



Salary package


  • Open contract.


  • Company car.


  • Gross Annual salary: € 45.000.


  • Hybrid – Home based in Catalonia
