Overview: You will be a key player in the successful execution of large-scale projects within the Oil & Gas sector. This role requires an experienced professional with a strong background in either electrical or mechanical engineering. The ideal candidate would have advanced through a discipline to become an expert, and possess team coordination and leadership experience. Proficiency in English at a C1 level is essential, along with a thorough understanding of the energy sector and large scale project management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop comprehensive project plans that outline scope, objectives, timelines, resource allocation, and budgets.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless project execution, meeting all technical and regulatory requirements.
• Provide expert-level guidance in either electrical or mechanical engineering, applying advanced technical knowledge to solve complex problems.
• Review and approve technical designs, specifications, and documentation to ensure alignment with project goals and industry standards.
• Lead and mentor a team of engineers and technicians, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
• Manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effective use of resources and adherence to financial constraints.
• Ensure all project activities comply with relevant safety regulations, industry standards, and company policies.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance project performance and efficiency.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering; Master's degree preferred.
• Proven experience in the Oil & Gas sector, with a focus on large-scale project management and technical expertise in either electrical or mechanical engineering.
• Advanced knowledge of engineering principles, industry standards, and regulatory requirements in the energy sector.
• Proven experience in leading and coordinating engineering teams, with strong leadership and mentoring abilities.
• Proficiency in English at a C1 level is essential; additional languages are a plus.
