About The Job
MISSION
As part of the HR team for Nickel Spanish Branch and reporting to the HRBP, the Junior HR Specialist will play a key role across the full employee lifecycle, providing his/her support to Nickel Spain staff, creating a positive impact along the employees’ experiences and leaving a positive footprint during the Nickel employees’ work life.
Also, he/she will play a key role for accompanying specific needs of Nickel Spain staff, providing accurate support when needed in different topics related to the HR daily queries.
Responsibilities
○ Opening new recruitment processes and periodical follow-up
○ Assuring that the the integration of newcomers is properly managed (on time)
○ Management of professional training subsidies (FUNDAE)
○ Recording of training of Nickel staff in our learning tool (My Development)
○ Update of organizational charts
○ Support on other C&B topics (such as payroll incidents, variable compensation, benefits, etc.)
○ Follow-up of HR suppliers (purchase orders, invoicing, etc.) and liaison with Procurement function
Requirements
Specialty in the HR field is a plus.
