About The Job

MISSION

As part of the HR team for Nickel Spanish Branch and reporting to the HRBP, the Junior HR Specialist will play a key role across the full employee lifecycle, providing his/her support to Nickel Spain staff, creating a positive impact along the employees’ experiences and leaving a positive footprint during the Nickel employees’ work life.

Also, he/she will play a key role for accompanying specific needs of Nickel Spain staff, providing accurate support when needed in different topics related to the HR daily queries.

Responsibilities

  • Recruitment support

○ Liaison with third parties involved, such as the BNP Paribas Spain Staffing Platform

○ Opening new recruitment processes and periodical follow-up

○ Assuring that the the integration of newcomers is properly managed (on time)

  • Learning & Development

○ Follow-up of mandatory trainings

○ Management of professional training subsidies (FUNDAE)

○ Recording of training of Nickel staff in our learning tool (My Development)

  • Organization & Careers

○ Maintain employee files and systems (Talentsoft, PeopleNet/Meta4, etc.)

○ Update of organizational charts

  • Compensation & Benefits

○ SPOC for employees’ day-to-day administrative queries and needs.

○ Support on other C&B topics (such as payroll incidents, variable compensation, benefits, etc.)

  • Reporting and Invoicing

○ Follow-up of staff count (monthly, and deviations vs Forecast/Budget targets)

○ Follow-up of HR suppliers (purchase orders, invoicing, etc.) and liaison with Procurement function

  • Regulatory Framework

○ Guarantee a proper control framework in line with the HR activity (i.e.: policies and procedures, periodical controls, etc.)

Requirements

  • Studies

BA, Bachelor in Psychology, Business Admin. Law, or similar.

Specialty in the HR field is a plus.

Previous experience of 2 years in HR related positions
