Responsibilities:

· Creative Conceptualization: Come up with and develop captivating set designs and artistic themes for our events

· Set Dressing: Transform event spaces with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring every element from furniture to props aligns with the overarching vision.

· Design: Design and execute eye-catching installations, eye-catching pieces that draw in and can be used at our events.

· Art Direction: Lead the artistic direction of projects, ensuring coherence and creativity throughout the execution phase.

· Material Sourcing: Source and procure materials, props, and décor items, balancing quality with budget constraints.

· Installation: Oversee the installation process, arranging elements to create cohesive and aesthetically pleasing displays.

· Adaptation: Modify designs on-site to accommodate venue specifics and client requests, maintaining a high standard of quality.

· Collaboration: Work closely with our creative team and clients, maintaining strong communication and collaboration throughout each project.

Requirements:

· Proven experience as a set dresser, set designer, art director, or decorator in event production or related fields.

· Strong creative vision with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.

· Proficiency in set dressing, prop selection, and arrangement of decorative elements.

· Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

· Flexibility to adapt designs and problem-solve on the fly.

· Strong leadership and communication skills, capable of directing a creative team.

· Knowledge of Ibiza’s cultural and artistic scene is a plus.

· Spanish language is a plus
