At ROADIS, we are seeking a new teammate for our Administration & Control Department. The selected person will be responsible for the management control of some assets. Ensure compliance, consistency and validity of the management information generated by the companies assigned, according to the legal requirements and general internal procedures, so that it constitutes a useful decision-making support at various levels of the group.
Key responsabilities:
Supervision and assistance to local teams to ensure the closing under the applicable standards, as well as the correctness and availability of the information.
In deep review of the budget compliance and analysis of deviations against Budget, ensuring the consistency and quality of the comments to be included in the Monthly Report.
Elaboration of the Financial information to be reported in a monthly basis to BoD/Shareholders.
Support to SBUs in the elaboration of the budget, supervising the process (calendar, instructions and follow-up) and reviewing assumptions as well as the whole figures (P&L, Debt, CF,...).
Monitoring of the Internal Control System for Financial Information (ICOFR).
Elaboration of Annual Accounts (Consolidated and Standalone).
Coordination of external audits.
Review valuation SBUs financial modelling from an accounting perspective (Actuals, budget and accounting projections).
Review financial modelling for new projects from an accounting perspective (Actuals and accounting projections).
Support in Accounting Due Diligence analysis during an acquisition process (Financial DD reports) and overview accounting assumptions for financial modelling.
About you:
Bachelor’s Degree, preferable in Economics or Business Administration and Management
4-6 years of work experience
Advanced English Proficiency
Hard skills
External Audit Experience: Between 4 and 6 years of experience in external auditing, preferably in Big4.
Solid Accountingand Tax Knowledge.
Financial Knowledge: Solid understanding of financial and management accounting principles and practices.
Analytical Skills: Be able to analyze and interpret complex financial data.
Technical Skills: Familiar with financial information systems and have good command of Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel.
Soft Skills
Attention to Detail: Accuracy in financial analysis and regulatory compliance.
Organization: Be able to manage multiple tasks and projects at once.
Ethics: Impeccable ethics are important given the sensitive nature of the information to be handle.
Flexibility and Resilience: Ability to adapt to new situations and learn quickly is very valuable.
