Description of the offer
We are looking for a Graphic Designer to carry out the following duties:
Conceptualization and design of communication material (online and offline) for our different channels: website, LinkedIn, newsletters, advertising, tradeshows stands,…
Creation of different materials: presentations, product leaflets, emailings, dossiers, articles, infographics, audiovisual materials,...
Update the graphic content of the Company
Photo editing
Management of the website: updates, new content, news,…
Define and sustain the quality standards of our brand through design.
Search for new ideas which create a greater understanding of the brand and add differential value in the marketplace.
Relationships with suppliers: communication and design agencies, press, media, etc). as necessary and provide constructive feedback and direction, ensuring a consistent look and feel of the brand.
Direct contact with internal departments: sales, R&D, administration, quality,...
Attainment of the assigned goals (qualitative and quantitative)
Helping to define the marketing strategy, analyzing the results, and providing suggestions for improvements.
Implementation of the Marketing Plan
Carrying out the communication strategy and brand positioning and applying it in a comprehensive and transversal way at all points of contact with clients.
Required profile
Degree in Graphic design or similar
Good graphic design skills.
Experience of at least 3 years as a graphic designer, in an agency or company, ideally in sectors such as pharmaceutical, biological, chemical or biotechnological.
Experience with print and online materials.
English (B2 minimum) and Spanish, both spoken and written (test and interview will be carried out in both languages).
Knowledge of graphic design: advanced Adobe package skills (Adobe Illustrator, Indesign, Photoshop and Premiere mainly).
High level of organization and autonomy.
Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
Creative thinker who likes to bring new ideas to the table.
An enterprising person who is proactive, creative, decisive, methodical and with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
With a strong orientation towards results and excellent analytical skills
Advanced level Microsoft Office package skills.
Knowledge of Mailchimp, WordPress, Google Analytics, or other design tools is valued.
Knowledge of content development is valued
